CORPORATE OFFICE
Located in the growing business community of Ankeny, Iowa, just outside Des Moines, the Proliant Dairy Ingredients corporate office serves as the central hub for finance, logistics, quality assurance, customer service, sales, marketing, and strategic collaboration.

The LAB (LGI Advancement Building) is a state-of-the-art innovation center designed to bring ideas, ingredients, and collaboration together.
Built in 2012, the 20,600-square-foot facility features advanced technology and fully equipped culinary test kitchens that support hands-on product development, formulation testing, and application innovation across a wide range of food categories.
Designed to foster creativity and technical collaboration, The LAB provides an environment where customers can work directly with our Research & Development team to explore custom formulations, optimize functionality, and bring new concepts to market.

Commissioned in 2008, our Melrose facility is a key part of Proliant Dairy Ingredients' global manufacturing network. Located in the heart of Minnesota dairy country, the facility produces high-quality whey permeate ingredients trusted by food manufacturers around the world.
With more than 30 dedicated employees, the Melrose team is committed to delivering consistent quality, operational excellence, and reliable supply for customers across a wide range of food applications.
Today, ingredients produced at the Melrose facility are exported to more than 40 countries, helping support food innovation and formulation performance on a global scale.
